BRAINWASHING AND DUMBING DOWN THE NATION THE AMERICAN WAY

On our last day in England, to get some exercise before long flights, I took a walk on a rainy day through the Ealing neighborhood in west London. I noticed that the pedestrian crossings were very well marked and protected with signs like this, built into the sidewalk, and the railings along the road.

The sign was obviously very old. It predated the modern era of LGBQTI dictatorship. 

Why?

Take a look. What do you see? A woman holding hands with a child and crossing the road. 

Wait a minute. Would that not be sexist by today’s standards? Don’t the fathers take their kids for walks or to school? Or grandfathers, like yours truly, who walks with his 6-year old grandson all the time in this very neighborhood?

Alas, in this alphabet soup of initials which spell dictatorship of minorities (L-Lesbian, G-Gay, B-Bisexual, Q-Queer, T-Transexual, I-Intersex) there is one letter missing. The letter M. It stands for M-Male, or M-Masculine or M-Majority. Omitting it is a sign of misandry.

Oh, you don’t know what misandry is? You’re not alone. Even my spellchecker did not recognize the word. Misandry (hatred of men) is the opposite of Misogyny (hatred of women) which is widely used in “modern “woke feminist” phraseology.

DICTATORSHIP OF MINORITIES REVISITED

A true democracy means MAJORITY rule. What we have in today’s perverted world of sexism is a dictatorship of minorities. I first wrote about that over 25 years ago in my 1997 Washington Times column  “Dancing ‘Round Golden Calves.” Every comment is still valid today, some even more magnified. If you were not aware of this, start keeping track of characters in various movies and TV series you watch. It’s downright comical how predictable the casting in these scripts is.

My wife and I have been doing for years. We make mental checkmarks as we watch a movie about the above stereotypical characters in modern-day films. And we can attest that the same is true of British film and TV, perhaps even more so. The servants are always a little more ardent than the masters.

NEW LANGUAGE IN MEDIA: WOKE AND CANCEL “CULTURES“

Ever since the 2016 election, you might have noticed increased use of terms “woke” and “cancel” in the mainstream media. As a result, there has been a growing polarization of the American society. The ‘woke’ crowd (aggressive liberals, reverse racists), egged on by the likes of George Soros and Joe Biden, are have been wreaking havoc on American streets.

They have often violently confronted the police or other of symbols of what they consider the ‘white establishment.’ To them, the Trump supporters are like a red flag to a bull.

Of course, violence begets violence. Thus the Jan 6, 2021 Capitol Hill riot, for example. Our country is increasingly divided along the racial and cultural lines.

BLACK SLANG ENTERS MAINSTREAM AMERICA: “WOKE” HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH CULTURE; “CANCEL” HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH CULTURE, EITHER

During the last several years the term “woke” has entered mainstream America. What is this so-called “woke culture?” Good question. It’s what’s in the eye of the beholder. But here’s its origin.

In 1962, the New York Times published an article on the ‘phrases you may hear in Harlem today’. However, the first real definition of ‘woke’ came from the African-American novelist William Melvin Kelley. He defined the term in an article titled ‘If you’re woke, you dig it’.

Translation: “If you’re awake, you understand it.”

So the origin of the “woke” culture lies in the transliteration of the word “awake.” Which implies a lack of culture, a lack of using proper English. In other words – slang. The fact that slang has now entered the mainstream America merely confirms the “dumbing down of America”. The media are trying to drag us all down to the lowest common denominator.

As for the term “cancel culture,” it has even less to do with culture. “Cancel” implies boycott anyone and anything with who or what you disagree. In some cases, it also connoted feel free to attack them physically.

“Cancel” is the antithesis of tolerance. Those among the New World Order so-called elite who preach tolerance through multiculturalism are actually showing their duplicity by tolerating and encouraging the “cancel” hooligans. They have even invented and pinned the term “culture to something which is actually primitive and vulgar.

EUPHEMISMS OF THE OPPOSITES: “AFFIRMATIVE ACTION”

The “woke” and “cancel” are only the latest oxymorons in a 60-year history of brainwashing of America by euphemisms. In 1961, John F. Kennedy was the first to use the term “affirmative action” in the Executive Order 10925. JFK ordered that all government contracts to “take affirmative action to ensure that applicants are employed, and that employees are treated during employment, without regard to their race, creed, color, or national origin.”

Since that time, the “affirmative action” has become a form of reverse discrimination particularly at universities. It’s a black wolf in sheep’s clothing.

The current cases before the Supreme Court attests to that. The Supreme Court heard arguments on Oct 31 in two cases challenging race-conscious admissions policies at the University of North Carolina and Harvard.

The anti-affirmative action group Students for Fair Admissions brought both cases. The group argued that the policies amounted to illegal and unconstitutional racial discrimination, particularly against white and Asian applicants who might lose out in a zero-sum admissions process if their Black and Latino peers were to get preference.

Which has been happening for decades. And guess what? Based on the questioning of the supreme justices of the lawyers representing the two sides of the argument, it appears all but certain that the Supreme Court, where “conservative” justices have a majority at the moment, will end this “affirmative action” injustice to the whites.

Similarly, in advertising the “affirmative action” has morphed into “inclusive advertising.” The latter is a euphemism for using the images of blacks or interracial couples way above the target population mix.

BLACK IS THE NEW WHITE: “INCLUSIVE ADVERTISING”

For example, take a look at these images I shot the other day at Scottsdale’s Fashion Square Mall. Almost without exception, major retailers are using the black or Asian models alongside with the whites even though 80% of their customers are white. In fact, the blacks account for only 1-2% of the population of Scottsdale while the Hispanics represent about 10%.

Clearly, the retailers have nothing to gain commercially from being “inclusive” (the new euphemism for favoring black models). So why are they doing it?

Because that’s “PC” (politically correct) in the Biden/Harris/Hillary’s “liberalized” society. Especially after the Black Lives Matter riots in 2020.

WHAT’S TO BE DONE?

The answer to the above question is try to stay “WOKE.” Don’t let the media and the entertainment industry dumb you down with their cheap plots and black and rainbow casting. More importantly, help your kids and grandkids see it for what it is – brainwashing. Lest we all end up dumbed down mutts who blindly follow trends and fashions without a mind of our own.

In other words – the SHEEPLE of the New World Order.

If you don’t want your kids to become such sheeple, you may considering home schooling. Parallel with the dumbing down of the nation as a whole, there has been a significant rise in the number of homeschooling families.

Of course, not everyone can afford to be a stay-at-home teacher. Nor has the qualifications for it. But what better investment can a parent make than in the future of his kids?

CANCEL THE “CANCEL” CULTURE

We can also choose not to watch the movies and other shows which conform to the “woke” and “cancel” trends. Many are evidently already doing it. Even in the heart of such “liberal” trends – New York City.

“Phantom of the Opera,” for example, the most successful musical of all times, is closing its doors. The official explanation by the MSM media is that Broadways is suffering a post-pandemic malaise. That’s hogwash. The reason that this show is closing is that they have stuck a black singer in the leading role of “Christine.”

How do I know that?

Only nine months ago, the MSM media were rejoicing at the news that a black actress, Emilie Kouatchou, had been given the lead role (see ‘Phantom of The Opera’ Brings Its First Black ‘Christine’ to Broadway, Jan 2022).

“Political correctness über alles?”

Not always. Not even in New York City, that bastion of “liberal” policies. Well, the Broadway viewers have voted with their feet and wallets by staying away. That’s “cancel’ culture biting itself on the ass.

As you can see, there is hope and there is a way to cancel this nonsense. In a civilized way.
