LET IT RAIN (ACID)… SUPREME COURT TAKES THE U.S. TO THE DARK AGES OF INDUSTRIAL ERA POLLUTION
THE SUPREMES RULE AGAINST EPA POLLUTION CONTROL
“You Get What You Pay For:” US Supreme Court Makes It Official (Act IV)
WASHINGTON, June 29, 2015 — The Supreme Court on Monday blocked one of the Obama administration’s most ambitious environmental initiatives, one meant to limit emissions of mercury and other toxic pollutants from coal-fired power plants.
“You get what you pay for,” goes an old saw. For the fourth time in the last 15 months, 5 of the 9 US Supreme Court judges sided today with Big Money against the American people (also see How New World Order Mob Took Over America in Just Two Decades).
Justice Antonin Scalia wrote the majority opinion in the 5-to-4 decision, joined by the court’s more conservative members, according to today’s New York Times.
“For E.P.A. to focus its ‘appropriate and necessary’ determination on factors relating to public health hazards, and not industry’s objections that emission controls are costly, properly puts the horse before the cart,” Judge Judith W. Rogers wrote for the majority.
Industry groups and some 20 states challenged the Environmental Protection Agency’s decision to regulate the emissions, saying the agency had failed to take into account the punishing costs its regulations would impose.
In other words, the Supremes have ruled that MONEY is more important than HEALTH.

“You Get What You Pay For:” US Supreme Court Makes It Official (for a Second Time in Three Months)
WASHINGTON, June 25, 2014 – “You get what you pay for,” goes an old saw. The US Supreme Court has just made it official. For a second time in three months, they sided with Big Money against American Consumer (also see “Money Talks: US Supreme Court Makes It Official” – below and(also see How New World Order Mob Took Over America in Just Two Decades).).
“Money talks,” they say. And Big Money talks big through the US Supreme Court. Make it a Corporate Court from now on. F0r, the nine judges’ decisions make it quite clear whose interests they have been appointed to protect.
It’s payback time for Corporate America. And the Supremes delivered. Again. By gagging technological innovators and upholding the status quo which favors big Hollywood and New York broadcasters (see 3-Big broadcasters vanquish upstart Aereo at U.S. Supreme Court, Reuters, 6-25-14).

Money Talks: US Supreme Court Makes It Official
WASHINGTON, April 2, 2014 – They say, “money talks.” The US Supreme Court has just made it official. If you’re rich and want to buy politicians across the country, the Supreme Court ruled Wednesday that you can (also see How New World Order Mob Took Over America in Just Two Decades).
The 5-4 ruling eliminated limits on how much money people can donate in total in one election season. As a result, the rich Americans have just bought their wallets the same rights as you and I have (at least in theory) under our Constitution. “Freedom of speech” now applies to rich Americans’ wallets.
Which is what happens in a plutocracy. It’s payback time for America’s would-be “ruling elite” who have worked so diligently over the last two decades to stack the US Supreme Court with judges who would do their bidding (see How New World Order Mob Took Over America in Just Two Decades).

“In a decision that could crimp consumers’ hopes to cut the cord from their cable operators, the U.S Supreme Court said Aereo Inc, a video streaming service backed by media mogul Barry Diller, violated copyright law by using tiny antennas to broadcast TV content online to paying subscribers. Wednesday’s 6-3 decision is a victory for traditional network operators such as CBS Corp, NBC parent Comcast Corp, ABC parent Walt Disney Co and Twenty-First Century Fox Inc. It may also make it harder for Internet rivals to provide alternative, a la carte programming at cut-rate prices.”
WASHINGTON, Apr 2, 104 – Which is what happens in a plutocracy that America has become. It’s payback time for America’s would-be “ruling elite” who have worked so diligently over the last two decades to stack the US Supreme Court with judges who would do their bidding (see How New World Order Mob Took Over America in Just Two Decades).
Nor is this writer alone in arriving at this conclusion. Check out this headline comment at the Alliance for Justice web site:
The Corporate Court
With decision after decision coming down on the side of big business, the Supreme Court under Chief Justice John Roberts has proven itself to be willing and eager to twist the law to favor powerful corporate interests over everyday Americans. In just the last few years, the Court has radically rewritten laws in order to shield big business from liability, insulate corporate interests from environmental and antitrust regulation, make it easier for companies to discriminate against women and the elderly, and enable powerful interests to flood our election process with special interest dollars. Fairness has been thrown out the window. The 1% keep winning while the 99% keep losing.
