WARS FLOURISH DESPITE TALK OF PEACE & LOVE

LET US SEND OUR LOVE AND COMPASSION TO BOTH THE VICTIMS AND THE PERPETRATORS

If you are like me, you are probably inundated with messages about ascension and peace and love breaking out across the planet, replacing wars and fear. I am guilty of spreading some myself. And I have certainly seen evidence of the animal and human kingdoms coming together in harmony and coherence.

There have been also some encouraging signs on in the global political arena. Thanks to Russia’s intervention, the US attack on Syria has been averted and a peaceful solution put in place instead. It was also good to see a mild thaw in relationships between Iran and the US during Iran’s new president Hassan Rouhani’s visit to the UN in late September.netanyahu-un-nuclear-iran.si

On the other hand, Israel’s PM Benjamin Netanyahu continues with his warmongering rants, both at the UN and at the White House. He said Iran was a wolf in sheep’s clothing and urged President Obama to keep the sanctions in place. He even went as far as to suggest Iran would nuke New York (see Netanyahu’s UN speech: Sounds like a sociopath?).

Obama Meets Netanyahu at White HouseFour days later, in the midst of the US government shutdown, Obama ordered two military raids in Libya and Somalia against alleged Islamic terrorists. Both ended in failures.

In Libya, the US commandos managed to abduct a Libyan citizen, an alleged terrorist, setting off a wave of anti-American protests in that country, and even a brief kidnapping today of its Prime Minister Ali Zeidan. In Somalia, the US Navy SEAL team did not even get that far. They were forced to abort the mission and withdraw under heavy gunfire.

About the only thing these two US military actions achieved was to remind us of the “Wag the Dog” (1997) movie, released just before the Clinton-Lewinsky affair. In this film, a beleaguered US president wages a fake war in order to distract the American electorate from his sexual escapades.104993-seals

Sadly, in Obama’s real life remake of “Wag the Dog” (2013), real military action was staged, in which US troops were involved in heavy gunfire.  There have been casualties, though no one is saying publicly how many.

And then, after a one day-media flurry, the US military raids story died on the vine. Mainstream media don’t likes to write about failures.

So Obama’s possible attempt to distract the attention of the American people away from the US government shutdown also failed. By early this week, the shutdown and the looming government fiscal crisis were back in the top headlines.

WARS RAGE ON AROUND THE PLANET

Meanwhile, despite all talk of peace and love by the Spirit realm, wars are still raging on all over the planet. Did you know that at the moment there are armed conflicts going on in 60 countries around the world?

Shocked? I was. Most wars are between the government forces (army) and various militias, insurgents or separatists. Here’s a list updated total of Oct 5, 2013:

Number of Countries involved in wars 60

And the US is front and center in many of these conflicts.

US Currently Fighting 74 Different Wars … That It Will Publicly Admit

And then, there are people being killed nearly every day by governments and not just the “terrorists” the world over even without an official war being fought. Such as in Iraq, for example.

Remember “Operation Enduring Freedom” as as the Iraq war was dubbed by the Pentagon. Over 109,000 Iraqi civilians and 4,486 American soldiers paid with their lives for that elusive “freedom.” It never happened. People are still dying even if the American troops have been pulled out. So another foreign affairs failure. Check out this story from today’s Huffington Post:

Iraq Carries Out 42 Executions In Single Week (Oct 10)

Iraq has executed 42 “terrorism” convicts over the past week, the justice minister said Thursday, defying condemnation of its extensive use of the death penalty as violence intensifies. Iraq executed 23 people during two days in September…

In 2012, there were 129 executions in Iraq. In 2012, there were 43 executions in the US.

Meanwhile, China, another alleged friend of the US ruling elite, led the world in this infamous ranking:

 China | 4000 Executions in 2012
Another friends of the US government, Saudi Arabia, executed 79 people last year.
Saudi Arabia | 79 Executions in 2012
Our former ally and current official adversary – Iran -“legally”  killed 580 people in 2012:
Iran (Islamic Republic of) | 580 Executions in 2012

As for our former enemies, such as Russia which still has the death penalty on the books, here’s how many people were executed there last year:

Russian Federation | 0 Executions in 2012

ZERO! And we call ourselves a “civilized” society?
The US also leads the world in prison population. With 2.29 million Americans languishing in jails across the country. This makes America the world leader in incarceration rate – 743 per 100,000 citizens.  Wonder what our Founding Fathers would say about that.  The “Land of the Free?”

SUMMARY

Maybe one day and love and light will prevail and peace will break out on this planet. But that’s clearly not the case today. Anyone trying to ignore the above FACTS and believe in the fiction that that time of peace has already arrived is, well, choosing the life of an ostrich in the Land of Utopia.  As beautiful as these birds are, they are not this writer’s favorite role models.

Here’s an excerpt from a speech I delivered in Perth, Australia in Oct 1999 on the subject of the so-called New World Order and its tactics:

Toward a New World Order

And what are the Princes’ ultimate objectives? Not unlike those of communists. Both love faceless uniformity and blind loyalty. Both loathe any living creature which is proud of its aus-105unique looks, language, religion or culture.

So if God were to (re)create the world by the designs of the NWO Princes, there would be only three kinds of creatures around:

  • All two legged-creatures would be ostriches;
  • All four legged-ones would be sheep;
  • All sea-living creatures would be sardines, anxiously waiting in long lines at the nearest Princes’ canning factory docks to jump into cans, and be exported to some distant low-cal, low-brow; low-IQ, but immensely happy NWO society.

Now, I can see how this New World Order “menage à trois” could seem appealing to some Australian sheep farmers. But only if they behaved like their livestock.

None of which will not stop me, and I hope not you, either, from sending love and light and compassion to ALL world leaders and to ALL victims of violence by man against man.  It is indeed high time love prevailed and peace broke out across the world.

With genuine love and light.
